ANU #80 — New AppCoins Wallet Version and Rating Feature
Welcome to the AppCoins News Update, ‘ANU’ for short. This week we’re focusing on the latest version of the AppCoins Wallet and a new rating feature launch. Read on to find more!
Latest release
We have just released a new version (1.18.1.1) of the AppCoins wallet that you can find here. In previous ANUs we have detailed some of the content of this new release, which includes improvement to our payments flow and the A/B testing of the balance section name (have you let us know which name you prefer?). But in the final efforts of launching this release, we’ve added a new feature that aims to get even more feedback from our users.
Rating AppCoins Wallet
As you may know, getting a bad rating is fairly easy. On the other hand, getting positive reviews often requires a lot more legwork. So in the last few weeks the team has worked on implementing a rating feature, so we can get more feedback about the AppCoins Wallet.
How Are We Going To Do It?
After using the AppCoins Wallet a few times a pop-up will appear, asking the user about their satisfaction with the app.
Rating Options?
In this new feature, we give the user three options: to rate their experience with the AppCoins Wallet (the option we would obviously prefer); the potential to be reminded later; or to decline giving a rating completely.
Choosing to Give a Rating
If the user chooses to give us some feedback, and believes that there is some room for improvement, we’ll provide them with this form to detail their suggestions.
