ANU#69–Payment Method Updates and Wallet Validation Improvements
Welcome to the AppCoins News Update, ‘ANU’ for short. This week, we’re focusing on a payment method update, improved user support, and more!
We are back with numerous developments for you, from payment method updates to improvements in our user support. We’ve continued working to bring you an even more updated version that is set to be released shortly. Check out all the details in this week’s ANU!
Upcoming Release
Local Payments
Since the previous ANU, the team has implemented a long-awaited feature: local payments in top-ups. In the next release, in addition to in-app purchases, you’ll be able to add credits to your wallet using local payments inside the app. This means that you can top up your wallet with your preferred payment method, and purchase your favorite item with the credits you receive from this transaction. This will make using local payments both quicker and easier.
Wallet Validation
We also noticed that the AppCoins Wallet validation process could be improved! On the balance screen, where you can manage your active wallet and check your balance, the validation status wasn’t available. But worry no more! We’ve created a new design to keep you better informed, and from now on you’ll be able to check your wallet’s status and start the verification process if needed.
3DS
Continuing with the work accomplished in the past few weeks, we’ve added some improvements to the 3DS process in the upcoming release. It simplifies the process by only presenting the extra security of 3DS the first time you use each payment method.
Intercom Support
As always, we’re trying to improve the response times and quality of our user support. We did some work under the hood that will give us better info about errors. This information could be pivotal when solving your technical problems.
