ANU#65 — New Support Notifications & Bonus Update
Welcome to the AppCoins News Update, ‘ANU’ for short. This week, we’re focusing on new support notifications and bonus updates. Read on to find out more!
We are back again with new updates about the AppCoins project, and this week we have big news to share with you!
Next Upcoming Release
In our upcoming AppCoins Wallet release we are bringing you an update in our notification system.
As we’ve previously mentioned, we aimed to deliver messages to our users as soon as we detect that something went wrong during a payment, and then proactively contact our users to ask if we can help solve the issue.
That’s why in this upcoming version of the AppCoins Wallet we’ve added an improved push notification system that allows us to provide a better user experience!
Design Update
Wallet Verified
We’ll be making an update to our balance screen soon. This time it’s to make sure that users know when their wallet has been verified or if verification is required.
Multiple Credit Cards Available
We are also working on adding support for listing the credit cards that users use for making payments inside the AppCoins wallet. We’re also looking for a way to configure that list inside the AppCoins Wallet.
Were you missing this feature in our payment process? Let us know what you think in the comments!
Bonus Update
This week we are bringing new updates to our User Incentives Program, as well as a new redesign to the system. The new design is currently being worked on and we hope to have some images for you soon — as well as a release right after!
We are happy to announce that the number of users joining the AppCoins ecosystem is ever-growing! With that in mind, this update aims to maintain the sustainability of our User Incentives Program.
In order for all our users to continue to enjoy our User Incentives Program for the longest time possible, this update revolves around a new progress table with new levels and respective bonuses.
Starting from July 1st, our new progress table will be composed of 10 levels — 10% being the first level and 25% being the highest — and will have different amounts associated with each level.
This means that users may be reassigned to a new level, depending on their APPC spending. Please note that the amount spent on purchases will not reset when the new table of levels is in place.
We are increasing the list of our Pioneer users. To reward the users who have already reached level 5 at 25%, we will add them to our Pioneers list. Pioneers who previously enjoyed a 30% will now enjoy a 25% bonus and remain at level 5 progress in the progress table.
Please Note: While we strive to keep our content up-to-date, the information in this article may have evolved since its publication. We recommend verifying details or exploring our latest articles in the FAQ’s section of the AppCoins Wallet for the most current insights.
As mentioned, this update is closely followed by a new design. In the first weeks of the new design release, only users that are not Pioneers, will have access to the new progress table design.
But not to worry, it won’t be long until we reveal our design for our Pioneers so that they can proudly show their badge to their friends!
Following last month’s protocol KPIs performance, on this ANU we have collected the values from June, regarding both flows using AppCoins, IAP and User Acquisition, the number of AppCoins-integrated apps downloads, as well as indicators from the SDK, as the table shows below.
