Welcome to the AppCoins News Update, ‘ANU’ for short. This week, we’re focusing on new User Incentive Updates and upcoming Local Payment Methods. Read on to find out more!

It’s been a couple of busy weeks since our last ANU and we have a lot of new information to share with you about the AppCoins Wallet. Everything and more in this week’s ANU.

New Releases

Every week we strive to make new and better updates for our AppCoins Wallet, and our last weeks’ work shows precisely that.

Upcoming Release

Our next release is in its testing phase and will deliver many things that we’ve mentioned in previous ANU’s.

These include the update on the Top Up screen, which will now allow users to have more options of predefined top-up values (to make it easier and faster).

We’ll finally be ready to include Brazil and Mexico to the list of countries with local payment methods; we’re talking about Boleto and OXXO, respectively. Be ready to try them out on our next release!

There will be another payment method joining the long list of payment options that we already provide for Indonesia — this time with DANA. In addition, after a request from our users, the payment method known as “Ask Someone to Pay” will become available once more.

When it comes to new improvements and bug fixes, this release will include a lot of updates.

Support

As soon as you try our new release, we will be ready to receive your feedback on our support channels. We already told you about many improvements and bug fixes that have been suggested and reported on our support channel, and surprisingly the number of users reaching out to us through it is growing very fast.

We consider this a very positive outcome, and for that reason, we will prepare a few changes so we can provide faster and improved feedback. The aim is to not only offer more effective feedback towards issues users may have but also be able to implement and provide more rapid solutions for suggestions.

User Incentive Bonus Update

As we’ve mentioned in our last ANU, the levels of our incentive bonus were updated during the last weeks. With this update, there is now a new table of bonuses and different amounts required to reach each level.

This has not changed for the users who had already achieved level 5. Those users have a special place in our history and are the Pioneers of our User Incentives Program. Soon, we will have a special screen available for Pioneers. You can find out more details below.

Please Note: While we strive to keep our content up-to-date, the information in this article may have evolved since its publication. We recommend verifying details or exploring our latest articles in the FAQ’s section of the AppCoins Wallet for the most current insights.

Design Update

Regarding design, our focus has been the “badge” for our Pioneer users, which will be showcased on an upcoming release of the AppCoins Wallet. Since these users will keep the 30% bonus while they maintain level 5 of the User Incentives Program, it should be easy to identify them visually.

Following last month’s protocol KPIs performance, on this ANU we have collected the values from March, regarding both flows using AppCoins, IAP and User Acquisition, the number of apps downloaded with the integration of AppCoins, as well as indicators from the SDK, as the table shows below.

As always, you’re invited to follow our work regarding all of the products we’re working on:
