ANU#56 — New Support Service and Updates on Local Payments
Welcome to the AppCoins News Update, ‘ANU’ for short. This week, we’re focusing on further improvements to our support service, and new updates on local payments. Read on to find out more!
Another fortnight, another AppCoins News Update! Here’s everything we’ve been up to in the last couple of weeks:
New Release
In our new release, we will launch something that we consider to have significant importance on the consolidation of the quality of our purchase process — the support channel will now be available to all users! This means that all users will be able to receive more detailed feedback when problems occur in the purchase flow.
This feature is core in giving the best product support and, as a result, provides an additional sense of security to all users. We are making the final alterations, and the release should be available to all during this week.
AppCoins Wallet Improvements
With every new test cycle and thanks to the constant feedback we receive from our users, we are able to keep on improving the AppCoins Wallet. This is done by fixing bugs, and also by making small tweaks that provide additional quality to our product.
In the last weeks, we made several fixes that touched on the core features of the AppCoins Wallet. For instance, the new support service provided by the Wallet can give more information when a type of phone number is not supported — whether the number used is a landline or the number is from a specific region.
Other improvements have been made on the purchase flow. For example, we have improved the process of recovering a purchase flow when something quits unexpectedly.
Also, given the results from our first tests, and with the support feature, we were able to make improvements on the communication channel and on the feedback provided when new messages are received.
Local Payments
As mentioned in the previous ANU, we are working on providing more payment methods that are more frequently utilized by our users.
We are still testing the payment methods we’ve mentioned — the good news is that we will not only focus on Brazil and Mexico, as we previously stated. To know more about the next selected countries to be included in the list for local payment availability, stay tuned for our next ANU!
As always, you’re invited to follow our work regarding all of the products we’re working on:
